Yes, of course. In case of an accident that causes an injury during the tour, you will receive medical attention. The insurance includes coverage of medical costs.

If your hotel / Airbnb / place of stay is not listed when you make your reservation, don’t worry! We have pickups at most places or pickup meeting points available in your area.
Please add your address in the notes (the notes are just underneath your reservation) and we will send you your meeting point and pick-up time and any extra information you need

Yes, all tours including food will have something available. Just leave a note with us so we can add this request to your reservation.

No, It’s not necessary. We will only ask you to show us your reservation on your mobile.

Not difficult, it’s very easy.
The ATV’S are semi-automatic. The guides will give you full instructions on how to ride correctly. In case you don’t want to ride alone, you can share the ATV with a friend

The single ATV option means one adult on one ATV (quad-bike) That is 16 years old and over.

The double ATV option means two riders on one ATV (quad-bike) Two adults together or an adult and a child.

If you have an infant, you must purchase the SINGLE ATV OPTION, infants are free. An infant must be with a parent/guardian at all times.

No, infants from 1-4 years old go free. The infant must sit on a parents/ guardians lap if you are using the free shuttle.

Yes, you will just have to reserve and purchase your tickets online first to secure your spaces. We will assist you to get to the starting point of the tour.

Yes, but if you need to use our free shuttle, we only have pickups from Cancun and Puerto Morelos on Monday’s and Friday’s at 07:15 AM. If you’re in the Riviera Maya or Tulum we have daily pickups.

In Tulum we visit the Yum Ha cave cenote

Yes, all ATV experiences are an ideal trip for kids, who should always be supervised by their parents

You are far far away from overcrowded boats, your route will be out of the way of everybody else, you can personalize your experience with your own favorite playlist, grab your favorite snacks and drinks as you cruise across the caribbean sea towards Isla Mujeres where you can snorkel and soak in the gorgeous Playa Norte beach with your own selected beloved guests.

The docking & National Park tax is a contribution that both locals and foreigners have to pay; Said amount is destined to the preservation of marine life in Cancun.
It is paid at the time of check-in at the marina. The fee is collected by the government.

Yes you can; but you have to pay their docking tax and not exceed the capacity of the YACHT that has been rented.

Sorry, but no pets allowed, there could be an acception depending on the boat being rented, but please ask us first and we’ll see what we can do ☺
