You’re about to embark on the ultimate adventure in the Mexican Caribbean.
Where? Cancun to Isla Mujeres on a relaxing-fun catamaran day trip.
There is nothing like hopping aboard a boat moving with the speed of the wind with the sun on your face, feeling the splashing of tropical turquoise waters with the chance to snorkel and explore the underwater rich fauna, laze aboard to take in the scenic views while if you’d like, sipping on a mimosa cocktail.
This journey sets sail in the morning, you’re on a catamaran relaxed, soaking up the sun with an open bar, full-crew and captain, music and snorkel equipment to jump from the boat into warm Mexican Caribbean waters. Snorkeling is a nice experience, there is a lot of marine life and this is a guided swim, so you’re in good hands.
You will have 1 ½ hours of free alone time on the island to visit the downtown area of this small Mexican fishing island. There are a lot of souvenir shops with local hand crafts, jewelry shops, restaurants (the seafood is really good here! crab legs, ceviche, fish tacos, mojitos, margaritas) Please check out our blog “Tips Isla Mujeres” (blog link)
Renting a golf buggy or moped here is a great idea; you will definitely be able to visit all of the island. The gorgeous views on the south and the beautiful shallow, transparent, calm waters on the north.
A buffet lunch suitable for everybody awaits at the beach club on the island, with music and lounge chairs to take a break.
Your catamaran will be waiting for you at the pier to sail you away back to Cancun to continue with open-bar, music, and a beautiful sunset could be the gift to end this lovely day out.
