Observations
During the activities you will be accompanied by certified guides of the area. Each activity has the security standards necessary for its realization.
- Maximum weight 260 pounds or 130kg, for the zip lines •Suitable for children over 4 years old.
- Children under 4 years old go accompanied on an ATV (quad bike) with the father/guardian on the INDIVIDUAL ATV option
- Infants must sit on parents lap during hotel transfer
- Children must be +16 years old to ride alone!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Cancellations made 3 or more days before the programmed schedule for the tour, have a 10% charge.
- Cancellations made from 0 to 2 days before the programmed schedule for the tour, have a 100% charge.
- No refunds apply if you do not show up at the meeting point or pick up place established for your tour.
- Min. Age to Drive 16+
Total tour time: 8 hours plus transportation time depending on your hotel's distance.
INFANTS: From 0-3 years old go free!
(Infants must ride with an adult/guardian on the single ATV option).

- 58 PESOS TAX Fee at Tulum’s archeological site’s entrance (children under 3 yrs old are free) this tax must be paid in Mexican pesos

Note: Pick ups from Cancun & Puertos Morelos are only on Mondays and Fridays, If you would like to travel with us any day we do provide private transportation at an additional cost. Please message us for more details.
